We have recently acquired a site on Lea Road, Sonning. The Site consists of a two storey three bedroomed house plus a link-attached to a single-storey former Police Station to the NW and a link-attached single-storey double garage to the SE. The project is a conversion to form three dwellings (1x one bedroom, 1x two bedroom, and 1x three bedroom) and commercial office (Use Class B1) with parking, amenity space and landscaping.
